Author Bio: About the author: Pedro J. Caceres is the Global Vice President of Operations for Lenox, a Newell Rubbermaid Company. After successfully completing his doctoral thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility, Pedro created this book with the vision of helping others understand the importance of CSR in the workplace as well as in daily life. Born in Spain, Pedro moved to the United States in 1999 and now lives with his artist wife, Luz Ferez, and four wonderful daughters in the beautiful suburb of Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
